Job Title: General Service Technician

Estimated Total Earnings: $18-$25 per hour (Hourly Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Overtime + Benefits)

Location & Compensation Details:

• Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and performance)
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, and Production Bonuses; estimated additional $3-$12 per hour depending on position, skill level, and production
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
• Average total earnings: $58,000 - $85,000 annually
