Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a General Service Technician. The technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customer vehicles while delivering high quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met. Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires correctly.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars properly.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections correctly.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs, including headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blade replacements.
• Work with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area, disposing of waste properly.
• Take on other responsibilities as needed.
