Job Description

Compensation: $16-19 per hour.

The role is full-time or part-time, hourly, based on business needs. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, delivering 5-star guest service, and communicating effectively about vehicle issues and solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently per Monro standards.
2. Conduct tire services: wheel removal, balancing, patching, mounting, TPMS repairs.
3. Perform vehicle services: oil changes, lubrication, basic maintenance, battery testing, and installation.
4. Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every vehicle, identifying and communicating additional services.
5. Assist in inventory management and store duties, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
6. Follow safety standards, including wheel torque and oil safety procedures.
7. Test drive vehicles following Monro’s policies, observing traffic laws.
8. Adhere to company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
9. Maintain technical skills through Monro University training.
10. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
