Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Salisbury, MD area locations. You will perform essential tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance to keep customers safely on the road.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
