Job summary

Pep Boys / Mavis Tire in the Baltimore, MD area is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis. You’ll perform essential tire services and maintenance with hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
