Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a General Service Technician in Beebe, AR to help keep vehicles safe on the road. You will perform tire services, oil changes, and light maintenance while learning from an industry leader within Sun Auto Tire & Service.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays (with Sundays off)

Responsibilities

• Tire mounting, dismounting, balancing and rotation.
• Oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance.
• Multi-point inspections and documenting vehicle conditions.
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Requires driving vehicles in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Pick up parts and supplies; transport customers as needed.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to direct supervisor.
• Supporting team members with other assigned tasks.
• Adheres to Sun Auto's core values, and all company policies and procedures.
