In addition to performing the work sold on customer vehicles, this role also inspects vehicles to identify needed repairs and services that the sales team will then sell to customers.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and transport vehicles to the stall area.
• Perform repairs and services as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
• Immediately advise the service advisor if additional work is needed, if the outlined work is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs address the customer's concerns.
• Perform quality checks on all work completed.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.
• Keep customers' vehicles clean during service.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies and procedures diligently.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle repair work.
