The Technician II – Building Maintenance position requires knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical work, pool heaters, and pump motors. Experience with commercial pools is advantageous, and the candidate must meet the requirements to operate company vehicles. Additional general maintenance tasks include pressure cleaning, loading, and unloading materials, equipment, and furniture.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, pool heaters, and pump motors.
2. Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
3. Perform general maintenance activities such as pressure cleaning, loading, and unloading materials.
4. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
