Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a General Scheduling Coordinator to schedule work for production and coordinate the inventory needed to support the work scheduled in Fort Worth, Texas. This on-site role is five days a week with no relocation or sponsorship.

You will analyze and troubleshoot scheduling problems, maintain BOM data, ensure timely delivery of materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to release work orders to the shop, driving manufacturing efficiency.

About the Role:

What Will You Do:

• Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems.
• Reviewing and acting on order release, action, and follow up. Developing and maintaining bill of materials and associated data.
• Ensuring timely delivery of component materials needed to support production requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer and business requirements. Releasing work orders to the shop

• Production Scheduling and Control: Knowledge of procedures and tools for scheduling and controlling production runs; ability to utilize knowledge of daily manufacturing processes to assure quality deliverables.
• Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$28.70 - $43.10
