Dauch is seeking a General Repair and Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join our Minerva, OH location. You will oversee mechanical and technical direction for manufacturing equipment, resolve production-line issues, and coordinate with purchasing and vendors on equipment acquisitions.

Responsibilities include identifying reliability priorities, developing solutions, maintaining safety standards, and reporting on operating trends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or similar.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.

• Identify maintenance and reliability problems by observing and studying system functioning; investigate complaints and suggestions; interview supervisors and operators; complete troubleshooting procedures.
• Identify maintenance and reliability priorities by assessing objectives such as efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimate relevance, time, and costs.
• Develop maintenance and reliability solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions; calculate economics; determine impact on total system.
• Anticipate maintenance and reliability problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, unit limitations; monitor unit performance.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; address issues and alert others regarding potential concerns.
• Provide operations management information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends.
• Protect organization value by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
• Contribute to engineering and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
• All other duties as assigned.

The General Repair and Maintenance Engineering Team Leader provides mechanical and technical direction for manufacturing equipment and technology .Monitors and resolves mechanical and equipment problems on the production line .Provides technical direction for new equipment installation. Performs maintenance and parts replacement.Coordinates with purchasing and vendors on acquisition and disposal of equipment.Logs and documents production problems. Identifies and reports potential problem areas. Proposes solutions.
