Responsibilities

• Work on kitchen and bathroom renovations from rough construction through final installation.
• Help with cabinet installation, countertop fitting, and trim work under supervision.
• Perform tile installation for floors, backsplashes, and shower surrounds.
• Assist with flooring installation including hardwood, tile, and luxury vinyl materials.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional communication with homeowners.
• Learn advanced techniques and best practices in multiple trades through on-the-job training.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites throughout Chicago.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards.
