Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Morgantown, PA is seeking a General Production Worker for the 2nd shift (4 PM to 12 AM).

The role supports the Metals division by operating and setting up equipment, blending titanium materials, and handling material movement on a busy shop floor. You will follow production requirements, document data, communicate equipment or material issues to supervisors, and work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency is required.
• Additional college/technical schooling or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong learning aptitude required.
• Experience using mobile equipment highly preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Requires detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The General Production Worker will perform a variety of production operations, which may include the operation of shear, crusher, sorting equipment, blending, and briquetting press.

The General Production Worker will:

• Perform and complete work assignments in accordance with production requirements
