Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a General Production Worker for the Morgantown, PA location to support 1st shift (8am-4pm) operations in the Metals division.

The role involves operating shear, crusher, sorting equipment, blending and briquetting, and supporting the loading and unloading of materials. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.

Job Description

The General Production Worker will perform a variety of production operations, which may include the operation of shear, crusher, sorting equipment, blending, and briquetting press.

The General Production Worker will:

• Perform and complete work assignments in accordance with production requirements
• Set-up, run, and troubleshoot machinery used to process titanium and create blends for melting
• Operates and performs preventative checks on forklifts, front-end loaders, and other equipment to load, unload, and transport supplies
• Complete all shop floor data paperwork/terminal input accurately and throughly for the cell/operation assigned
• Communicate necessary information to supervisor/foreman or manager, regarding equipment issues, material issues, and safety-related concerns
