Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking General Labor team members for the evening/overnight shift in our processing facility.

The role involves handling bone-in ham, working with raw meat products, and performing racks, cutting, netting, tipping, and forklift-related tasks across the production floor. Responsibilities

• Bone In Ham
• Working with raw meat products (ham).
• Racking - placing 5-36 lb hams on racks, bending, twisting, stooping, and standing; after racking hams on one side of the rack, push, pull and turn the rack to place hams on the other side.
• Push racks weighting 800--2000 lbs to other locations of the department.
• Tipper Tie - standing, gripping, pulling netted product into position with one hand and pressing a switch to apply a clamp with the other hand.
• Cutting Tails - using scissors or knife, gripping, and standing.
• Net Ruckers - lifting netting over a canister and placing canister on the table; lifting netting to stand; weight approximately 20 pounds; canisters are self-loading.
• Placing casings on horns - hand/finger grip activity.
• Slop - lifting buckets 5-25 pounds, bending to lift containers of product and place on table.
• Stuffer - placing raw product into horn and hand stuffing into netting.
• Forklift and Pallet jack activity in the area; ergonomic stands 3 to 12 inches tall.
• Wiping ceilings down with a ceiling mop.
• Using a rake to pull ham muscles into the pump machine and repeat throughout the day.

General Labor positions start at $19.40 hour with $1.00 shift differential for evenings and overnights.
