Job summary

Bernatello’s Foods, a premier frozen pizza manufacturer with facilities in Kaukauna, WI, is hiring for a 2nd shift general production/packaging role. You will open and move materials, inspect quality, run conveyors, feed ingredients, and keep accurate production records.

The position is full-time hourly with base pay of $18.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, profit sharing, paid

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructions
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs

Responsibilities

• Open and remove raw materials from containers
• Inspect product and raw materials for quality defects
• Manually place pizza crust on a moving conveyor belt
• Feed pizza product into machines and hoppers (cheese, meats, vegetables, etc.)
• Order new product and record information on proper documents
• Set up, tear down, and clean equipment
• Rotate through various positions on the production or packaging line
• Complete quality and production paperwork legibly and in a timely manner
• Sort recycling, garbage, and food waste and dispose of appropriately
• Work as a member of a team, cooperating with coworkers
• Maintain a safe, clean work space
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety policies and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
