Job summary

Greenheck Group’s Marion, NC facility manufactures METALAIRE units and has stood as a community cornerstone for 20+ years. We are seeking hands-on teammates to assemble box assemblies for TH and FP units, following order specifications and quality standards.

Shifts run 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly. You will select tools, verify options and insulation, maintain housekeeping, and contribute to a safe, productive manufacturing environment with emphasis on teamwork and

Responsibilities

• Assemble box assemblies for TH and FP units.
• Review order for box type and size; verify options and insulation.
• Select proper tools and equipment for tasks; check quality of parts.
• Assemble unit with screws or lock form method; ensure quantity matches work order.
• Distribute boxes down conveyor line to next station; maintain housekeeping.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toed footwear required. Additional PPE may be required based upon work. This is a safety-sensitive position, and impairment while performing the tasks or duties of this role could pose a health and safety risk to both the individual performing the tasks as well as those around them.
