Job summary

New Pig is seeking a Production Associate I, General Laborer in Duncansville for the 2nd/Evening shift (3pm-11pm). Responsibilities include assembly, filling, packaging, quality checks, data entry, and process improvement participation.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and a strong safety mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of producing products to standard rate.
• Capable of retrieving and applying quality information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to share input to improve manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with basic computer use.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Adhere to and meet quality standards, as well as adjust the process to meet quality standards if necessary
• Perform quality checks and collect quality data as needed
• Enter production quantities and material usage into computer-based system
• Perform all other production-related duties as assigned or directed
• Actively participate on the process improvement team
• Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

$18.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential. Paychecks weekly. Overtime opportunities available. Mon-Fri schedule.
