Job summary

U.S. Venture seeks production general employees to support the Pack Logix line. responsibilities include sealing, date coding, packing, labeling, weight checks, and paperwork accuracy on the line.

Candidates should be able to adjust machine weights, set up date codes, and communicate effectively with management during shifts. This is an on-site role within U.S. Lubricants division.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders.
• Ensure quality throughout the production run.
• Lead line meetings and communicate with management.
• Understand and complete all paperwork properly.
• Know how to turn on machines and open valves.
• Know how to adjust weights on machines.
• Set up date codes and line-specific label changes.
• Print labels according to work orders.
• Communicate effectively to management.

Responsibilities

• Seal/Date code, Pallet sheets, and label verification.
• Pack bottles and cartons to meet quality standards.
• Handle oily bottles and cartons.
• Maintain weight consistency during hand packing.
• Inspect and manage damaged cartons.
• Fill bottle hoppers for production flow.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Operate three basic machines (weight adjustments).
• Follow PLW-OP standards (OP01/OP03/OP06/OP07/OP09/OP10/OP21/OP22).
