Denison Industries, located in Denison, TX, is seeking General Production team members. No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training to help you thrive in a team-driven environment.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance is expected across all shifts. We offer benefits after 60 days of full-time hire, including medical, dental, life, AD&D and LTD coverage, plus a 401K with company match.

Formación

• Prior experience in heavy industrial production is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Understanding of the importance of quality and ability to conduct quality checks during the process is essential.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Forklift experience may be a plus in certain departments and positions.
• Must maintain a good attendance record.
• Shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift positions.
