Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Denison, IA is seeking an Entry Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. You will perform a variety of production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensure products meet quality and safety standards, and support operations across multiple stations.

This role supports production operations by ensuring products are processed, packed, and handled according to quality, safety, and specification standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Pack, straighten, and count products to specification.
• Monitor and assist in identifying foreign materials.
• Notify supervisor or line leader of abscesses or product issues (if applicable).
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical, material, or safety issues.
• Rotate through various positions and departments as needed based on production demands.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
