Job summary

Alan is hiring general practitioners for remote video consultations to provide high-quality medical advice while integrating AI into patient care. You’ll work within a structured medical framework and be part of a supportive medical community.

Ideal candidates hold a medical degree valid in Spain (MIR or equivalent) with active registration, can work at least 5 hours weekly, and enjoy flexible scheduling while contributing to AI-enabled care and prevention. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active registration with a Colegio Oficial de Médicos and valid work permit.
• Professional liability insurance for telemedicine.
• Self-employed (autónomo) practitioner.
• Currently practising in a medical centre.

• 2 years of work experience; video consultations a plus.

What you'll do

• Run video consultations with our members and give them clear, high-quality medical advice
• Help with the medical review of Mo, our AI health companion, so its answers stay accurate and safe

Who we're looking for

We're hiring general practitioners who are comfortable with remote medicine and keen to join our video consultation team.

• Medical degree valid in Spain, with the family medicine specialty (MIR) or an equivalent recognised title
• Active registration with a Colegio Oficial de Médicos (colegiado) and valid work permit
• Professional liability insurance that covers telemedicine (seguro de responsabilidad civil)
• Working as a self-employed doctor (autñomo)
• Currently practising in a medical centre
• Fluent Spanish (fluent English is a strong plus)
• Available at least 5 hours a week, on flexible hours and different days
• 2 years of work experience (previous experience with Video-consultation is a plus)
• Excited about bringing AI into your practice
