A well-established privately owned veterinary practice in Central Florida is seeking a General Practice Veterinarian (DVM) to join its collaborative and growing team.

THE ROLE

You’ll provide high-quality primary and preventative care to dogs and cats, with the opportunity to develop your clinical interests and skills.

Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload can include:

• Wellness and preventative medicine
• Urgent and complex medical cases
• Dentistry and dental procedures
• Soft tissue surgery
• Opportunities to develop advanced surgical skills
• Select orthopedic procedures based on training and competency
• Internal medicine and oncology case management
• Collaboration with emergency and specialist teams

The practice is supported by an adjacent 24/7 emergency and specialty referral centre, giving you direct access to experienced specialists when a case requires additional expertise.

MODERN FACILITIES & SPECIALIST SUPPORT

You’ll have access to:

• Modern General Practice facilities
• Dedicated dental suite and post-operative recovery area
• Advanced diagnostic equipment
• 64-slice CT and 1.5 Tesla MRI
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and rehabilitation services

• DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree
• Appropriate US veterinary licence, or eligibility to obtain a Florida licence
• Experience in small animal general practice
