Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with a degree or professional qualification in surveying.
• Experience in general practice, consultancy or professional property environments.
• Knowledge across agency, property management, asset management or valuation.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of general practice instructions across commercial property.
• Provide agency, property management and asset management advice to clients.
• Undertake agency instructions including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and transactions.
• Support client portfolios and contribute to asset management strategies.
• Prepare reports, provide landlord and tenant advice, and conduct property appraisals.
• Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure work complies with professional standards and project deadlines.
