General Practice (Medical Director Veterinarian)

Move over Bonnie & Clyde and Batman & Robin, this hospital is looking for a Dynamic Veterinarian Duo with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow a thriving two-building hospital just outside of Tyler, TX. Holsters and capes are not required! This opportunity is open to an individual leader or a dynamic duo, offering an impressive six-figure salary plus production, significant relocation assistance, and a valuable equity bonus package of $400k per Veterinarian. Alternatively, a $200k cash bonus per person is available if diversification is not desired.

The hospital primarily treats small animals (about 90%), with the remaining 10% consisting of horses and cattle. Experience in mixed practice is not required but available, with opportunities to grow the large animal client base.
