Job Description

A well-established, multi-doctor general practice is seeking a Veterinarian with strong general practice and soft tissue surgery skills to step into the role of Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DVM who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and delivering exceptional veterinary care.

The practice, founded in 1999, treats dogs, cats, and exotic pets with a focus on client communication and Fear Free handling techniques. The facility includes five exam rooms, a dedicated second-floor surgery suite, an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, and intraoral dental radiology, supporting a diverse caseload of medical, surgical, and dental cases.

In this leadership role, the Medical Director will oversee clinical decisions, mentor the veterinary team, and ensure high-quality patient care. This position combines hands-on veterinary practice with the opportunity to guide team development and help shape the future of a respected and thriving practice.
