The position requires a high school diploma or GED, TWIC eligibility (company-paid), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting.
• Willing to work at heights using stairs, ladders, or platforms.
• Willing to wear PPE such as safety shoes, masks, glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net, and gloves.
• Able to adhere to grooming requirements for a food environment.
• Able to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, or wet conditions.
• Willing to work around high-speed machinery.
• Experience in manufacturing/production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high quality food ingredients used nationwide.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles including forklift and locomotives.
• Assist in sanitation and maintenance of warehouse and railcar areas.
• Inspect, clean, load, and unload railcars; participate in startup/changeover/shutdown of equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
