Job summary

Lake Grove ENT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our private practice in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Enjoy clinical autonomy, a physician‑owned environment, and a path to partnership while building a busy general ENT practice.

We offer a four‑day clinic week (five days optional), an established referral network, and access to on‑site Audiology, ultrasound, and imaging, with a supportive team and strong quality of life commitments.

Qualifications

• MD or DO credential required.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery.
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure.
• Eligible for DEA registration.
• Eligible for hospital privileges and payer credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive General Otolaryngology care.
• Collaborate with four ENT partners and physician assistants.
• Participate in a 4‑day clinical work week with potential for a 5‑day schedule.
