Qualifications

• Interest in otology (CI, middle ear, cholesteatoma) a plus, not required.
• Physician who treats patients, partners, and staff with dignity and respect.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general ENT services to a diverse patient population.
• Participate in call rotation shared equitably among ENT providers.
• Collaborate with audiologists, allergy nurse, and internal sub-specialist partners.

Pay Range: $300,000-$500,000 Annually (Salary + Bonus, based on productivity)

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist to join our dynamic, collaborative ENT team. This is a great opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys the full breadth of general ENT care. Candidates with an interest and skill in advanced otologic procedures (CI, middle ear, cholesteatoma) are especially encouraged to apply, but this interest is a plus, not a requirement.
