Job summary

The Recruiting Hive invites qualified physicians to join our well‑established OB/GYN practice in Fulton, Maryland. This full‑time, in‑person role combines clinic, call, and administrative duties with a collaborative team.

New graduates are welcome and can pursue a 3‑year partner track. Compensation includes a base salary of $300,000 plus additional bonuses: $30k SOB, $30k productivity, and $30k retention after one year, with total potential up to $400k per year.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
