Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Capitola, CA to lead a busy GM department and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll manage daily workload, train team members, and ensure products are in stock, accurately priced, and displayed to standard.

The role requires strong coaching, communication, and safety adherence within a fast-paced store environment. This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range starting at $25.25 and up to $42.95 per hour, depending on experience and market

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure merchandise is in stock, correctly priced, and signed.
• Coach and develop hourly team members, including interviewing and performance feedback.
• Coordinate pick, pack and ship fulfillment (if applicable) and ensure accurate reporting.
