Job description

The pay range per hour is $23.25 - $39.50.

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Our experts in operations, process, and efficiency ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, pricing, and signage. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team handles inbound/outbound logistics, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and may also oversee Food & Beverage areas, providing a safe and fresh experience. They enable efficient merchandise delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

  • Building guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture
  • Understanding retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and promotions
  • Leading and planning team workload to support sales goals and process improvements

Typical Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your day may include:

  • Executing workload plans to meet sales and guest engagement goals
  • Educating your team on operational procedures and inventory management
  • Assessing reporting to identify process gaps and develop improvement plans
  • Ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Assigning daily tasks based on traffic and priorities
  • Leading fulfillment and merchandise organization
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure store readiness
  • Staying informed about products and trends
  • Evaluating candidates and onboarding new team members
  • Working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Supporting guest services and safety protocols
  • Modeling inclusive, ethical, and safety-conscious behaviors
  • Leading security and merchandise protection strategies
  • Creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Responding to emergencies and compliance needs
  • Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications
