Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of hourly team members.
• Strong guest service orientation and coaching skills.
• Ability to plan workload and drive store priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to support department and store sales goals.
• Coordinate receiving, merchandising, signing, setting and updating displays as needed.
• Coach and train hourly team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
