Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader at our Vero Beach store. You will lead daily operations to deliver a guest-first experience, coach hourly teammates, and manage tasks like stocking, pricing, and displays to support sales goals.

You will work with store leadership to drive efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Retail or guest-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Coach and develop hourly team members to build a strong guest-first team.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Oversee pick, pack and ship fulfillment processes when applicable and aid store operations.
