Job summary

Walmart is seeking a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Supercenter #86 in Springfield, MO. You will greet customers, help locate and recommend products, and ensure displays are neat and stocked throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include assisting with paint mixing or fabric cutting when required, and providing friendly, efficient service to shoppers while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Job description

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
