Job summary

Walmart Dexter, MO is hiring General Merchandise Associates to greet customers, assist with purchases and recommend items based on customer needs. You will help keep Hobbies & Home Improvement displays tidy and may assist with paint mixing and fabric cutting.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage between $15 and $28, plus annual or quarterly incentives and a range of benefits including health coverage, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and educational programs.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
