Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Hot Springs, AR is hiring for General Merchandise Associates. This part-time role includes greeting customers, helping them find items, and recommending products to meet their needs on the sales floor.

You may assist with display maintenance and basic tasks like paint mixing and fabric cutting. The position offers an hourly wage of $14–$27, with multiple openings for Opening and Morning shifts, and a benefits program including health coverage, retirement options, and paid

Job description

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
