Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Iron Mountain, MI is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to greet customers, assist them on the sales floor, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will ensure Hobbies and Home Improvement displays are kept neat and up to date.

The role may involve paint mixing and fabric cutting, with full-time schedules available on mid-shift or closing shifts. The compensation includes hourly pay with incentives and premiums as described.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
