Job summary

Walmart Parker is seeking a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Supercenter #4543 in Parker, AZ. In this part-time role you will greet customers, offer help, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs while keeping displays tidy.

Shifts include mid-shift and closing. You may assist with paint mixing or fabric cutting and will participate in the store’s benefits programs and education opportunities.

Job description

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
