Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a stocker to accurately place items on shelves using location codes, repeat stocking until sections are complete, and move returns to the back room. You will assist management to keep shelves stocked promptly while maintaining a friendly customer-focused attitude.

Night shifts are required. The role emphasizes efficiency, organization, and consistent procedures, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety when handling up to 50 lb items in a fast-paced retail or

• Comfortable using computer systems and following procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures consistently.
• Calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb boxes and handle product (lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
