Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency.
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader.
