Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and policies to maintain a safe workplace and accurate store operations
