Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and start a warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Follow store policies and safety procedures, maintain compliance.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment.
