Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to support guest service, product availability, and in-store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist guests, stock shelves, process shipments, and maintain pricing and promotions across GM areas.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting store standards and safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling is common, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise and fixtures.
• Adjust prices and maintain inventory accuracy per guidance.
• Learn how store procedures affect profitability and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources and services to help guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment while following policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
