Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at various distances and assist as needed
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist with receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, and merchandise setup
• Operate power equipment if certified
• Learn and follow procedures for stock accuracy and store upkeep
• Follow Target safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment processes as required
• All other duties based on business needs
