Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them in finding what they need and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing, and sign placement.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
• Follow all Target policies, safety procedures, and report hazards as needed.
