You’ll greet guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and thank them at checkout, all while supporting teammates and adapting to daily priorities.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at various distances, help them find what they need, resolve issues, and end every interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing, and signage for GM areas.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Learn and execute operational procedures, such as setting and organizing merchandise, managing stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
• Follow all Target policies and safety procedures and maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance with laws and internal guidelines.
