Job summary

Target is hiring a General Merchandise Expert in Louisville, KY. You will be part of the GM team delivering a friendly guest experience, restocking, pricing, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom to ensure product availability and easy shopping.

You will greet guests, assist with finding products, support digital fulfillment, and help with daily tasks such as receiving stock, organizing shelves, and following safety procedures. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
