Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their needs with a friendly approach.

• Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Change prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources and services to solve guest issues.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; follow safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.
