Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help guests and fellow team members while supporting store processes, replenishment, pricing, and signage across GM areas. You will greet guests, assist with needs, restock, manage the backroom, and support digital fulfillment with safety and compliance in mind.

You should be comfortable lifting up to 44 pounds, flexible with shifts, and ready to learn through training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage guests to understand and solve their needs.
• Thank guests and encourage return visits.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, set up merchandise, and post signs.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
• Change prices and maintain inventory as directed.
• Learn store resources to help guests and improve the experience.
• Demonstrate ethics, safety and compliance.
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment processes.
• All other duties based on business needs.
