Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture experience.
• Retail fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests face-to-face and with warmth; assist in finding products and resolving issues; thank guests at transaction end.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, merchandising setup and maintenance, pricing activities and signage.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
